As a student enrolled in the Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training program at BusR Class B CDL School, it is imperative that you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your actions while operating any vehicles provided by the school for training purposes.

Responsibility for Negligent Actions: I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any negligent actions or misconduct on my part that may lead to accidents, injuries, or damage to property during the course of my training with BusR Class B CDL School.

Commitment to Safety: I acknowledge the importance of adhering to all safety guidelines, regulations, and instructions provided by the school, instructors, and applicable regulatory authorities. I am committed to operating vehicles responsibly and maintaining a high level of attentiveness to prevent accidents or incidents.

Assumption of Responsibility: By signing this disclaimer, I assume full responsibility for my actions, decisions, and conduct during practical training sessions, on-road exercises, and any other activities involving the use of vehicles provided by BusR Class B CDL School.

Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless BusR Class B CDL School, its instructors, staff, and affiliated entities from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injury, damage, or loss resulting from my negligent actions during the course of my training.

Insurance Coverage: I understand that BusR Class B CDL School may carry insurance coverage, but this does not absolve me of personal responsibility for my actions. I am encouraged to review my own insurance coverage to ensure adequate protection.

Compliance with School Policies: I agree to comply with all school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines outlined in the student handbook and communicated by instructors. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

If You participate in our course without a DOT Physical and can not obtain a CDL license due to not being able to obtain a DOT Physical, there will be no refund for this course.
