We at Briton Travel are well known in the industry for our customer service and keeping our clients happy, this has led to us winning the Best Travel Agency Award along with the Highest Growth Award in Mauritius. We are fully aware that we are indebted to you and as per the terms and conditions that you have agreed to and signed, as soon as normal travel resume, we will gladly book your holidays that you have paid for. Please note that at the time of your booking, we were not aware that the covid virus would prevent any travel, act of God.
As per our Terms&Conditions, we will not refund any money owed but as mentioned earlier, would be happy to book your holiday when possible. However, should you wish for a refund, this would have to be agreed to on our terms. Please note that going to the police will only accomplish one thing and that is to tarnish the agency name, therefore making it more difficult refund your money or book your holiday.
