Deposits are non-refundable, but go towards the total price of the camp. One deposit per person per session is required to secure your spot. Remaining balance refunds will only be processed July 2, 2023 for Week 1 and July 9, 2023 for Week 2.

Following deposit submission and form completion, we will contact you regarding an update on your remaining balance.

If you plan to register multiple children, please fill out two forms, one with each of their information. Forms may be submitted without payment. You may select "Quanity 1" deposit on each form or "Quanity 2" deposit on one form.

Carlos Barrón, a Professional Portrait and Sports Photographer, will be on campus during both camps and is offering personalized photography packages to the players. Following the camp, personal galleries will be shared via email. For more information about Carlos and his work, please refer to our website.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for everyone. In order to best care for your child during the training, we need the following information. Please fill out the form completely and accurately.

The tennis training is operated by Bajoit Tennis Academy and is not directly affiliated with Southwestern University or their brand. Participation in the training is at your own risk. Bajoit Tennis Academy and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the training. Please consult with a doctor before participating in the training if you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. By registering for the training, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation and agree to abide by the academy's rules and policies. In the case of an emergency, please call 911 and notify the staff immediately. We reserve the right to cancel the training and issue a full refund in the case of extreme circumstances.

Bajoit Tennis Academy reserves the right to send players home for misconduct and/or leaving the dorms area without permission passed lights out. Misconduct can include a wide variety of behaviors and is up to our discretion. In the event your camper is dismissed for misconduct, parents must come pick them up the same day or following morning.

Additionally, I hereby grant permission to Bajoit Tennis Academy to use any photographs or video footage taken of my child during the tennis program for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of such images in brochures, websites, and other marketing materials.

I understand that my child's image may be used in a manner that highlights his/her involvement in the tennis program and may also be used to promote future programs offered by Bajoit Tennis Academy. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
