The event will open for 3 days, 6/7/8 December including SUNDAY. 

OPENING TIMES : FRI, SAT & SUN 11-6pm

IMPORTANT: EACH individual artist/business exhibiting must pay the artist fee stated below.. This includes artists exhibiting within a unit. This ensures we can cover the costs of the show, while still maintaining a low fee rate.

***BEFORE YOU START****:  

• Have images ready to upload (1-4).

• 200 word promotional statement ready to cut and paste. Although can opt out of this.

• Credit card or debit card to hand to submit payment with form.

Please note:

The Exhibition fee is to cover costs only and it will provide you with the following:-

• The fee covers EACH individual artist/business exhibiting. All Artist exhibiting within a unit must pay individually. This keeps the fee low and enables us to cover the expenses of the show.

• approx 2mx1m space within the building to sell your work.

• If exhibiting within a building unit, please discuss space allocation with the unit organiser.

• AOH Brochure placement for the overall show.  This will promote the type of work for sale with selected images we think will attract the most visitors.  

• Small number of Flyers to promote to your customers

• Exhibition Lists for visitors during the show

• QR codes for Building Maps.

• Event decorations and outside lighting to make the building more welcoming after 4pm

• Website costs and maintenance, which will include your details.

• Social media coverage running up to the show

• Reception desk and greeters during the show to greet visitors and provide information on building layout

What we cannot provide is as follows

• Tables and Chairs.  These will need to be provided yourselves.   NEH no longer has a supply of tables within the building.

***APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT FEE ON OR AFTER 1 NOVEMBER 2024 - £70.***** YOU WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE WEBSITE AND BUILDING INFO.   HOWEVER, IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CONSIDER YOUR IMAGE OR INCLUDE YOUR NAME IN THE EXHIBITION FLYER.

***APPLICATION AND FEES AFTER 14 NOVEMBER 2023 ARE STILL ACCEPTED AT THE FEE OF £70, IF THERE ARE SPACES STILL AVAILABLE.  *******

BUT INCLUSION IN THE PUBLICITY OR ON THE BUILDING MAPS WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
