This form is for Piedmont Park Community Members with vehicles that need to navigate past traffic barricades on Resident Access Only Streets on September 15 - 17, 2023.


This form enables Community Members to verify their proof of residency in advance of Dash Pass Distribution. Upon submission verification, a Verification Code will be sent to the submission email address.


Verification Codes can be presented at our community post during Dash Pass Distribution to receive requested Dash Passes. The community post is located in front of Cherry Street Energy (formerly Skate Escape) at the corner of 12th and Piedmont (1086 Piedmont Ave).

Dash Passes are NOT parking passes. Dash Passes provide quick access past traffic barricades on Resident Access Only streets on events days - September 15, 16, and 17, 2023. All standard parking laws still apply.

Notes

Piedmont Park Community Members may obtain vehicle Dash Passes from our community post in front of Cherry Street Energy (formerly Skate Escape) @ 12th and Piedmont between September 13 - 15, 2023 during distribution hours listed below.

Dash Pass Distribution Hours: 
Wednesday, September 13 from 12pm - 7pm

Thursday, September 14 from 12pm - 7pm
Friday, September 15 from 10am - 3pm

Neighbors who do not pre-verify their residency with this form may verify residency in-person. Please bring (1) a valid ID and (2) a current utility bill or lease agreement reflecting current address to Skate Escape during Dash Pass Distribution.

Neighbors who need to navigate Resident Access Only streets who do not obtain a Dash Pass during Distribution Hours, please do not contact Skate Escape nor the Music Midtown Box Office for a Dash Pass.

Instead, identify yourself as a Resident to traffic officers when approaching barricades on Resident Access Only streets, and if requested, be prepared to provide proof, such as valid ID card or driver’s license, and current utility bill or lease agreement.

Each unique address may request the number of Dash Passes needed for the vehicles associated with that unique address.

Each unique address must verify its own residency, including homes with multiple units.

Neighbors may pre-verify residency and organize with each other to send one person to Dash Pass Distribution to obtain all Dash Passes for multiple units/addresses.

Designated Neighbor must be able to present all issued Verification Codes for each unique name and address at Dash Pass Distribution to receive the Dash Passes associated with each Verification Code.
