How to set a minimum order quantity?

To enforce a minimum order quantity, add a "greater than" number response validation for the order quantity question in Google Forms. Please follow the detailed instructions below.

Step 1: In Google Forms, select the order quantity question, click on the More ⋮ icon and select Response validation.
Step 2: Select "Greater than" number response validation and enter the minimum quantity as shown below.

Similarly you can set a maximum order quantity by adding a "less than" number validation for order quantity short answer question in Google Forms.

How to automatically calculate the total amount?
