I was looking for an easy way to collect orders from our customers. We ended up creating a order form using Google Forms that we share on WhatsApp. But there was always back and forth messages to confirm total amount & order details. This add-on was perfect & solved both our challenges. We were able to calculate & show total amount automatically. I was amazed at how seamlessly it worked with WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
Getting a great software is one thing , and getting great service is another . Its very rare that the both meet. But with this app , both of them are unified so well. I bought this app for my wife’s venture , to accept kitchen orders on WhatsApp , the features are amazing , and great customer service , I was literally taken through by Vipin around some amazing features that the app has. Great add-on! I was able to use it to calculate my customers’ total bills after they filled up their order forms, which regular Google Forms can’t do. Very helpful and fast customer service as well. I highly recommend this.
