"Can you make an online store with Google sites?"- Quora
This is a common question from small sellers who want their own site. For example, more people might be ordering than your chat can handle, so customers need one place to order. Google Sites is free, but it has no cart, so you add a payment link for each product. Someone buying two things pays twice and you still have to ask for their address. With Neartail, you can automatically convert your order form into a website with a single click. Your customers pick products, see the total and enter their address at once. Even better, you can take payment online or take the order first and collect the money later.
Once you create your site, it will say "Your website is live" with its link, so you can go to Step 5. If you already have a form in Neartail, you can create the website from that form, starting at Step 1.
Step 1: Login to Neartail > click Forms > list of your forms will be displayed > click on the form to open it.
Step 2: Edit page will be displayed > click Share
Step 3: In the Share page, click Website
Step 4: Enter your store or brand name, with at least 8 characters, and click Create website. If required, you can change the default country in Location. Once created, the custom brand link cannot be changed.
Step 5: Once you create the website, you can share the link to the website with your customers to collect orders.
Share page > Website tab
The website tab in the Share page will display 3 options.
Link to the website (home page)
Website pages (Home, About, Contact)
Link to the mobile app
When you create the website, it automatically adds a home page and products page. You can edit the website to add a Posts, About and Contact page to the website. You can click here to learn about the different components of the website and how you can customize it.
How will customers order from your website?
When customers open the link to the website and click on Order Now, your order form will be displayed in your website.
They can select the products, view the total amount and enter their name and address in the same form, so you receive the whole order at once.
Summary
If more people are ordering than your chat can handle, Google Sites has no cart and a payment link for each product means customers pay twice and you still ask for their address. With Neartail, your order form becomes a website, so customers pick products, see the total and enter their address at once. Create your site and complete the steps above.
