How to set up multiple payment methods for your business

You can support multiple payment methods in your order form by adding a multiple choice question with Go to section based on answer option enabled for that question. This will allow you to automate card payments using Stripe and also support other payments such as cash, cheque, bank transfer & more.

How to add multiple payment methods?

Step 1: Add a multiple choice question with different payment methods as the answer choices. This must be the last question in your order form.
Step 2: Create a separate section for each payment method and add any relevant instructions in the description. Please note that you can add the description later in Neartail customize interface that supports additional formatting options that are not possible with Google Forms.
Step 3: Google Forms allows you to skip sections in your form by changing the option at the bottom of each section. For each of the sections created for different payment methods, select Submit form as shown below.
Step 4: Select the multiple choice question for payment methods, click on the ⋮ more icon next to the required toggle button and enable Go to section based on answer.
Step 5: Map each of the payment methods to the respective sections.
Step 6: Click on the Addon icon > Select Neartail > Select Customize this form > Click on the Customize button.
Step 7: In the Neartail customize interface, click on the ⚙️ icon next to (no description) and add relevant instructions. You can also use the BILL function to show the list of products selected by the user along with its price and amount so that they can review it before placing their order.
Step 8: To enable card payments, click on the ⚙️ icon next to the Submit button for the card section. Button settings screen will be displayed. Select the order amount field from the dropdown list and click on Save to enable card payments. If "Pick amount from" field is selected, the form will automatically direct to the card payments page. Otherwise, the confirmation message will be shown.
