How to add a quick navigation menu for the category pages?

How to add a category page to the quick navigation menu?

Step 1: Open your Google Forms > Click on the Addon icon > Select Neartail > Select Customize this form > Click on the Customize button.
In the Neartail customize interface, click on the ⚙️ icon next to the Next button for category section to be added to the navigation menu.
Step 2: Navigation display settings screen will be displayed. By default, Show Back back button in navigation will be enabled.
Uncheck Show Back button in navigation option and check Add this section to quick navigation option as show below and click on the Save button.
Step 3: Back button will removed and a quick navigation Go to option will be added to this section as shown below.
Step 4: Similarly add all the other category sections to the quick navigation menu as shown below.
